Privacy Policy

Last updated July 3, 2026

The short version. Crapsdojo is a free game. We collect the minimum needed to run it, we do not sell your personal information, and there are no payments to process.

This Privacy Policy explains how Murphy Ryan, doing business as Crapsdojo (“Crapsdojo,” “we,” “us”), handles information when you use crapsdojo.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

02Information we collect

03How we use information

04Cookies, analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions and for product analytics that help us understand usage and improve the Service. We use PostHog as our analytics provider. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.

05How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only:

01Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion or correction of it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action is required, but you may still contact us to exercise any of the rights above at murphy@murphyryan.com.

06Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the Service and for legitimate legal and security purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

07Children

The Service is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and never from children under 13 in violation of COPPA.

08Third-party links and sign-in

The Service may link to or use third-party services. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

09Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service changes. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where reasonable. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
